Art Deco Family Home
This dual-purpose family room, in a beautiful Art Deco property, was designed to strike the balance between work and relaxation. The brief called for a space where the family could unwind and watch TV together, while also offering a functional work-from-home setup when needed.
To achieve this, bespoke cabinetry was crafted to fit seamlessly into the fireplace recess, providing ample workspace without overwhelming the room. A floating shelf on the opposite side adds balance, perfectly framing the existing TV and enhancing the room’s flow.
A palette of cool greys and blues runs through the custom ottoman-coffee table, desk chair, and Roman blinds, creating a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere that feels equally inviting for work or play.
